Gentlefit
This is a slow paced beginner program for those who have not been involved previously in fitness. You will use balls, steps, weights and bodyweight to gently stimulate your metabolism, improve movement and strengthen muscles. This is designed to be safe, effective and fairly slow paced to allow seniors, fitness neophytes and anyone looking to tone and condition the body to meet the demands of everyday life. Great for post surgery, post rehab, arthritic conditions or just getting back into shape without any pressure. Minimum 10 participants. Your instructor is Jorg Mardian.
