Students will learn the slow, gentle, continuous movements of Tai Chi. No experience necessary. Tai Chi gently stretches and works major muscle groups in the body, improving flexibility and strength. Age requirement is 18 years+. Newly added Level 2 will require previous experience in Tai Chi. Your instructor is Sandi Ellefson.
