Yoga Fitness Mixed Levels

For those wanting a gentler class or who are just beginning a yoga fitness program.
Work at your own pace to improve strength and flexibility or to help heal injuries.

Slower Flow Yoga
Get a feel for flow yoga with this gentle introductory class. Students will gain an understanding of fundamental yoa poses and proper alignment and learn how to link them confidently within slower transition sequences. Reintroduce your body to flexing and stretching and discover what you have been missing! Perfect for the beginner as well as intermediate students looking to get back to basics. Try your first class for free! Your instructor is Hayley Stopa.

Flow Yoga
This class is based heavily on Ashtanga flow sequencing and will invigorate the body, building heat to facilitate muscle strengthening, lengthening and internal cleansing. Perfect for those looking for a workout-type class, as well as those wishing to increase their flexibility and strength. The class will cover different breathing techniques, combine them with movement and end with meditation/ relaxation. The overall experience will leave you feeling refreshed in mind, body and spirit!
